After roughly six months of searching, Heineken finally reveals the winner of their Limited Edition Design Challenge in celebration of turning 140 years old.
In a novel method of using social media platform, Facebook, to connect people from around the world with each person only allowed to design one side of a bottle, it finally came down to design studentRodolfo Kusulas from Mexico and freelance designer Lee Dunford from Sydney.
The winner was chosen from six finalists with three professionals from the design field working together, namely Evan Orensten (co-founder of Cool Hunting), Mark Dytham (co-founder of PechaKucha) andMark van Iterson (Global Head of Design at Heineken).
You can expect Rodolfo and Lee's design to be seen in stores next year when it goes into production in December this year.
